By viewing and using this website you, the Customer agree to these terms, conditions and restrictions without qualification.   1) Restricted Materials - Do Not Load: Tires Refrigerators / Freezers / A/C Units containing Freon Motor Oil / Hydraulic Fluid / Antifreeze Liquids / Paint / Solvents Propane Tanks Automotive / Marine Batteries Poisons / Pesticides Asbestos Medical Waste / Animal Carcasses 2) Price: The price of the roll off containers on the website is that stated at the time of acceptance of your purchase order, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by Adams Single Hauls LLC Dba Adams Roll Off. Roll off container prices include delivery, disposal within the stated weight allowance and retrieval of a single container and does not include special materials listed in Sect.5.   3) Additional Charges: Exceeding stated weight allowance ($50 per ton for the first ton over - after that subject to off-loading or an additional full container price) Off-loading an overfilled container Blocking or impeding retrieval of container on agreed collection date Cleaning due to loading of restricted materials Extra rental time as per Customer request and approved by Adams Roll Off for scheduling Street Permit as needed 4) Submitting Orders: Upon submitting the order form, you the Customer will receive a Pay Pal invoice via the email that you provide. Should you not choose to use Pay Pal, you may still order a container by contacting our office. Same day delivery is not available online, please call if you need this service.   5) Special Materials Containers: Concrete, asphalt, dirt, rock, sod, sand, bricks, and asphalt shingles are considered special materials and due to the weight of these materials will be required to be a separate load. These items may not be loaded into a mixed load as the load needs to remain pure for determining weight. Please call to determine pricing and scheduling.   6) Payment: Customer must make payment for your purchase order in full by Pay Pal Invoice or may contact Adams Roll Off by phone to place an order with payment being required before delivery. All major credit and debit cards are accepted as well as cash. Please call to schedule cash payments. Sorry, we no longer accept checks.   7) Delivery & Collection: Adams Roll Off will make every effort to deliver the roll off container on the agreed delivery date, but due to scheduling, we cannot guarantee a specific time. Most deliveries are performed in the morning and are usually performed before 3 p.m. Collection is scheduled generally anytime after 8 a.m. and before 3 p.m. Please have your container loaded and ready for pick up the evening before your scheduled collection date. To avoid unwanted fees, note your collection date and do not block the roll off container by parking a vehicle or placing other obstacles in the right-of-way of the collection of the container.   8) Cancellations or Changes: You, the Customer will be entitled to cancel an order and be refunded in full only if you cancel within 2 business days from the agreed scheduled delivery date. Any cancellation or variation after that time, will be subject to Adams Roll Off’s discretion and incur a cancellation fee. No refunds will be given should Customer cancel the same day that their container is scheduled for delivery. Instead, a credit will be issued for Customer’s future use and can be scheduled at the Customer‘s discretion. No refunds will be given after delivery of the roll off container.   9) Use of the Roll Off Container: While the roll off container is in the Customer’s possession you WILL NOT: Load or allow loading of Hazardous or Restricted Materials Overload container past its sides or put in false sides Move, damage or alter roll off container in any fashion Block container with a vehicle or anything else on your agreed collection date Load container with equipment such as a skid steer or Bob Cat Cause the container to set fire Allow children or pets in or around the container during delivery, collection and loading 10) Access & Permits: You, the Customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site and for ensuring suitable ground conditions for the delivery, placement and collection of the roll off container. No responsibility will be accepted for the damage to any surfaces and you should therefore take precautions to protect surfaces prior to delivery. (Wood planks can be placed if requested ahead of delivery date for container rollers to track down in case of soft ground or to prevent “roller marks” on drives.) Street permits are required in Denver to place a roll off container on the public streets. The city of Denver has placed the responsibility of obtaining a street permit with the hauler, so please give Adams Roll Off notice so that a permit can be obtained. Permit fees vary by duration, location and size of container ordered and will be added to your rental price accordingly. Other municipalities require street permits as well, please inquire with us ahead of time or contact your local city government.   11) Risk & Liability: You, the Customer will use your own discretion and accept responsibility for your own and other’s safety in and around the use of the roll off container. Please exercise caution and use safety equipment such as gloves and safety glasses while loading and use of the container. Adams Single Hauls LLC Dba Adams Roll Off is not responsible for any claims, damages loss or expense relating to the use of the rented roll off container including damage to the Customer‘s driveway, property and person. Adams Single Hauls LLC Dba Adams Roll Off to the fullest extent of the law will not be liable in any event whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise for any loss of profits or any consequential, indirect or special damage, loss or injury of any kind suffered by you, the Customer or any other person. You, the Customer will be liable to Adams Single Hauls LLC Dba Adams Roll Off for any damage to the roll off container that occurs in your agreed rental period, subject to fair wear and tear.
