Restrictions & Terms - Please Read & Comply

Heavy Materials; DO NOT LOAD

Dirt / Rock / Concrete / Brick / Sod / Sand / Asphalt Shingles / Asphalt Drive

Please call and we will be happy to refer you to companies that have special containers for heavy materials

 

Hazardous Materials that are not allowed due to government regulation includes;

  • Paint (paint cans are acceptable if they are open, empty and dry)

  • Motor Oil & Automotive Fluids

  • Fuels

  • Propane tanks

  • Batteries - Automotive / Marine / Motorcycle

  • Medical waste

  • Poisons and other hazardous chemicals

  • Tires

  • Asbestos

  • Electronic devices - TV’s, computers, microwave ovens, etc.

  • Refrigerators / Freezers / A/C Units

 
Possible Extra Fees:

  1. LOADING RESTRICTED ITEMS     See list above - call if unsure

  2. EXCEEDING WEIGHT ALLOWANCE      Overweight fees will apply after a weight ticket is obtained 

  3. DRIVE-AWAY FEE @ delivery or collection $125  (REFUSED, BLOCKED or IMPROPERLY LOADED ROLL OFF)

  4. RELOCATION FEE       At the CUSTOMER'S Request $125

  5. MOVING PENALTY FEE      DO NOT attempt to move the container once it is placed!
    A     $200 FEE will apply should you do so.

  6. EXTRA RENTAL TIME at the CUSTOMER'S Request - Daily Rental Fee applies  *Customer MUST CALL the office 48 HOURS PRIOR to COLLECTION DATE for scheduling  *BASED on AVAILABILITY

     

PLEASE use COMMON SENSE when loading - items CANNOT GO ABOVE the sides of the roll off

 

Your safety is important! Please read:
1. Gate end - secure it either with the chain holder on the side or have someone

    hold the gate open while in use. Close the gate end when not in use.

2. Wear gloves, boots and safety gear while loading the container. 

3. Keep small children and pets away from the container at all times - it is a big trash can after all.

4. Ensure gate end is properly closed when done loading the roll off.

                              **We will tarp it upon collection and check the chain on the gated end**

 

 

Adams Roll Off and it's Independent Contractors are not responsible for Customer's or others safety, loss of limb, life or gross personal damages to the Customer during the rental of the roll off container.

Although having a roll off container on your drive will not crack or damage the drive, we are not responsible for replacement of cracked or damaged driveways.
