Service Description

Westminster residents only! Extra fee if delivery is North of 120th Avenue. 10 cu yd rental includes one delivery, disposal of 1.5 tons, and collection for a 10-day rental time. Please NOTE we CANNOT accept dirt, rock, concrete, bricks or any other heavy dense materials, TV's, computers, refrigerators, freezers or A/C units, household hazardous (paint, chemicals, propane tanks, automotive fluids, etc.), tires and car batteries. 10 cu yd is approximately 12'L x 6'W x 4'D Mixed loads of household items, tree branches, and construction debris are accepted. Please read terms before booking.

Cancellation Policy

As the Customer renting a roll off from Adams Roll Off, I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for reading and following these loading instructions even if I have someone else load it for me. I will call the office @ 303-425-4606 if I have any questions or concerns. NO DIRT, ROCK, CONCRETE, BRICK, SOD, SAND, ASPHALT, ROOFING, CERAMIC TILES ($250 FINE WILL APPLY IF LOADED) *Hand Load Only - FORK LIFT or BOBCAT NOT ALLOWED to load *DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE THE CONTAINER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES **Your SAFETY is IMPORTANT! Secure the gate end with the chain in the side holster while open. CLOSE end gate when not loading. *Load LEVEL with sides - NOT ABOVE sides. Our driver cannot reorganize & may charge a drive away fee. *Exceed stated weight allowance (charged after pickup) *Drive-Away Fee - should the delivery be refused, canceled on the day of delivery $200 / Unable to pick up *No refunds - All Sales FINAL *To reschedule delivery CALL the office 24 hours in advance of scheduled delivery.
